Jarrlot is a small Australian online store. We look for products that solve a real problem, we film them actually working, and we tell you what they don't do as clearly as what they do.
Why we exist
Most things sold online arrive with a stock photo, three lines of copied description, and no evidence they do what they claim. We work the other way around. If we can't show you the thing working, we don't stock it.
What we stock
A short list, not a catalogue. Kitchen, car and travel, storage and organisation, pet, outdoor and drinkware, and solutions for small spaces and rentals. Products earn their place here and they can lose it — anything that doesn't hold up gets removed.
Shipping
We deliver Australia-wide. Standard delivery is $11 and free once your order passes $100. Current dispatch and delivery times are set out on the Shipping page, and we state them before you pay rather than after.
If something's wrong
Faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered — get in touch and we'll replace it or refund it. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law apply in full and are not limited by anything we write. Full detail is on the Returns page.
